Water is the Best
I recommend all my clients drink between 2 to 3 liters (8-12, 8 oz. glasses) of water per day. Men generally require 25% more than women. Strenuous outside workouts in the summer will push the volume even higher. When I was competing in bodybuilding at the national and international levels I was drinking 3 GALLONS of water each day.
Yes, you initially will know the bathroom well. But over time your body will begin regulate your water balance. Drink water in small amounts and your body will absorb it better.
