Which Oils Are the Best.

For so long it's been unclear which oils are best for which uses.  This picture says a lot.  Different oils have different tastes just like any food.  Also, availability may vary.  Make the changes slowly and see how easy it really is.

Of course this does not address Omega 3 oils. And there are many oils that are gaining more prominence today:

  • avocado - for high heat cooking such as grilling and pan roasting

  • sesame

  • almond - baking

Stay away from peanut and canola oils.
