Consistency

Everybody remembers Lucy's Chocolate Factory fiasco.  Keep that in mind when you want to do more, faster and heavier.  CONSISTENCY is the ticket, not massive weights. Don’t get me wrong. Resistance training should be a key element of any fitness training you or old, male or female. But sticking to a plan is what will serve you in the long run, whether its your own program or with a trainer.
